Domain Registrations/Renewals

Please note that all domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable due to our obligation to pay corresponding registry fees.

If a domain name is mistakenly spelled, contact us as quickly as possible so we may attempt to rectify it.

Invoice Payment Policy

At Wekihost, we do not offer extensions on invoices.

Invoices are due on the specified due date. We provide a 4-day grace period for late payments, after which, accounts may be suspended. Late payments will incur a 15% fee that must be paid to reactivate the account. Any invoice overdue by 14 days may result in account termination.

We will strive to contact you 24 hours prior to any account termination. After termination, all data including backups will be permanently erased from our servers. There will be no possibility to recover this data.

Introductory Pricing

Our web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting packages often come at a discounted rate for new customers.

These packages will renew at the regular rate after the initial period.

We offer the best possible pricing to customers who commit to our services for longer durations such as annual (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months) signups.

The prices displayed on our website always reflect the most favorable rate.
